Agreed! About AGI, I'd say it can be all four actually. Not as world-changing as some say, not as bad as some say, not as quick to make an impact, etc. It's always an easy heuristic to predict the future being moderate and showing restraint in the predictions (you'll fail if an unprecedented event happens, though. I just don't think AGI is such an event).
