Thank you Chris for the comment! I agree that this types of tech can be used in harmful ways. And not only China could use it that way. US and Europe aren't using it for humanitarian purposes precisely.

I'm mostly interested in the theoretical, philosophical implications of building these models, but I'm also interested in the political, social, and ethical repercusions. Something to always keep in mind, because it's intertwined with everything else!
