Eugenics is about "improving" the species with selective reproduction. That has nothing to do with my article.

With pre-program I refer to innate biological brain structures we're born with (for example for language). Refusing to acknowledge our genetic endowment is also very dangerous. There's vast literature on the topic of nature vs nurture. They often interact and their relationship is very complex. It's important to analyze the whole picture.
