People are starting to have these conversations. About the legality of AI-generated art. Whether people could use it for comercial purposes or not. Whether they could simply prompt an AI model with "in the style of X" without violating copyrights. Whether AI will replace artists -- or at least reduce the demand. Regulation needs to keep up with a lot and it always goes slowly. In the meantime, tech companies keep profiting from their privileged position of non-accountability.
