Totally right, Dave! I think the future of AI will go hand in hand with the cognitive sciences. That's how it all started. Now, due to the "unreasonable effectiveness" of DL, we're further from that than ever before. But advancements in neuroscience will for sure shed some light in the problems to come for AI!
